What are the check in and out times ?

Our standard check in times are from 3.30 pm to 11 pm. Our standard check out time is 10 am. Of course if you wish to check in or out at another time, just let us know when and we will make the necessary arrangements. Please note, that in certain circumstances extra fees may apply.

Are there linen and towels in the apartment?

Yes, we provide linen and towels for every guest in the apartment.

What is the check in procedure?

Our check in procedures vary according to the apartment you choose. You will get all the necessary information in your confirmation email.

What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment can function as a hotel room but with the added space (much more than the equivalent standard hotel room and more space on average compared to other serviced apartments in London) and comfort of a home away from home with amenities such as WiFi, fully equipped kitchens and separate bathrooms.

Is there Internet in the apartment?

All our apartments are equipped with complimentary WiFi.

What is the maximum number of people that can sleep in the apartments?

Our one and two-bedroom apartments will sleep up to a maximum of 6 people with the purchase of a double sofa-bed or two z-beds.

Our studios will sleep a maximum of 4 people with the purchase of a double sofa-bed or two z-beds.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No smoking is allowed in any of our apartments.

Are parties allowed in the apartments?

We have a strict no-party policy: the maximum number of people per apartment should not be exceeded and noise levels must be respectful of other guests. In case of violation of this policy extra charges will apply.
